Initiate Your Request
Log into your Klyvera account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the product is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
